CoAdvantage, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) servicing small and medium-sized businesses with human resource solutions nationwide, today announced its expansion to the Phoenix market.
The new office will provide businesses with integrated transformational HR solutions and services, along with cloud-based HR technology designed to help small and emerging businesses meet the complex challenges of being an employer.
“Phoenix is one of our nation’s fastest growing cities in terms of population,” said Mike Maseda, CoAdvantage President and CEO. “This rapid increase in population will help foster business development, and our on-the-ground HR team is ready to provide Phoenix businesses with the services needed, such as attracting top talent and improving employee engagement, to successfully expand.”
The office is directed by Charlie Fields, CoAdvantage’s Western Regional Sales Manager, who’s been with the company for almost a year and brings a decade of HR experience to Arizona. “Charlie’s extensive knowledge in Human Capital Management and developing new markets will be the fuel that will drive our new office to a great first year, in addition to providing local businesses with the best HR solutions in the area,” said Maseda.
The new office will be staffed with eight employees, including Business Consultants, Account Managers and other supporting staff.
