DO NOT go to YOUFIT health centers….. They do NOT know what customer service is all about… they DID NOT even respond to an email regarding outright RUDE customer service at the actual club… I went in to make a payment BEFORE the due day of an automatic withdrawal (I had lost my debit card so the account # they had would not have been valid & rejected) Wanting to avoid any late charges… that’s why I went to the club & offered to pay… THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT A cash PAYMENT & INSISTED I would be charged an additional $10 late fee since the payment was in process……………..So I asked for the manager & she said she WAS the manager & would not do anything about it.. The payment did NOT go thru that month and instead of a $10 monthly fee the next month they debited my account $79. 99 No statement, no call, no emails.. SHIT SERVICE & they will bill you what they want……. They do not know what customer service is & don’t respect the people who pay their salaries…. DON’T waste your time… they are NOT worth it.. Would have given them 1/2 star if it was available….SURE they’ll treat you great to get you to sign up …and if you ever need any kind of customer service… you won’t get it … they should send all their employees to etiquette & customer service classes to learn how to treat customers

The author should critically analyze the report by the Grand Canyon Institute instead of dismissing it with a colored off-hand remark that speaks to some inherent sense of intuition that “taxes are BAD!!”

The cited statistics regarding income taxes and job growth in certain states aren’t used properly. Correlation doesn’t mean causation. Each state is individual. If Arizona is going to scrap the state income tax, we need much more analysis across many aspects of the social and industrial sectors. This is was the purpose behind such things as the Grand Canyon report.

We can’t assess our state and make positive change without looking at all evidence with a neutral eye.

One may not lose hope after having to go through a short sale or even foreclosure.

In 2011 I had to short sell my home and at the time I thought I would have to wait forever. My Realtor turned me on the the Flexible Credit Loan, http://www.cfsflex.com. It seemed too good to be true, but I got approved and now have a pending offer, even after my short sale less than two years ago. Big banks said it could not be done.

Obviously it can.
